Blood Sugar Cost: $10.00 per person/class (register) 3 Week Class These classes are designed for those struggling to control their blood sugars. Virtual food shopping, label reading, planning, cooking and "detective" classes will enable you to think and understand how your body reacts to food and how to "tame the tiger". Weight loss for those in need will be encouraged and addressed. |

(Balanced Beauties and Graceful Girls) A joyful body and soul program, especially designed for children to increase daily physical exercise, encourage healthier eating, and learn some cooking and life skills. By using a balance beam to learn routines, your children will build core strength, improve flexibility and confidence. Almost everyone recognizes the value of physical activity in our daily lives. Gymnastic activities such as the balance beam can endow children with great physical benefits. From muscle strength and balance to healthy bones and flexibility, the balance beam works every part of the body. Family Matters
4 Week Class Cost: $30.00 per family (register) This course designed for families to create a new atmosphere in the home that encourages healthy eating and communication. Based on the booklet The Gritty Truth by Suzanne Forsberg MA, RD/LD, CDE, your family will be encouraged to live balanced lives. |
